There is a problem when completed new 3 questions security password "your year of birth must be between 1880 and 2010" !!!!!

it look like you don't have year of birth in Apple list. fill it by visit here : http://appleid.apple.com

than go in

- Manage your security

- Password and security

- change your birth year, save.

logout and login apple ID again.

Done.
